Can I add Shifts using V4S Kiosk?

V4S Kiosk is meant for volunteers to checkin/check out of shifts, sign themselves up for shifts. It only displays Shifts that have already been set up by an Administrator using Volunteers for Salesforce. You cannot add shifts on V4S Kiosk.
