How do I enable V4S Kiosk User?

On the V4S Mobile User record, there is a  field called the "isKiosk User" field .  Please check this field for the users who will login to V4S Kiosk. Ideally, this should be either your Volunteer Coordinator or Systems Administrator. If you have purchased a multi-user V4S Kiosk  license, we suggest that you assign multiple different users as Kiosk users. Have a different V4S Kiosk user login to each of your devices.

All other V4S Mobile Users can only Check themselves In and Out on an already logged in V4S Kiosk device.
 
If you are using the free edition of V4S Mobile, you can ONLY have one user set up as a "is Kiosk user".

Please upgrade the V4S Mobile application to Version 1.13 or later in your Salesforce org to see the "is Kiosk User" field.
