Why are my Salesforce users not able to see the V4S Mobile tabs?

You need to make sure that each user who needs to see the V4S Mobile tabs within Salesforce has been assigned as a licensed user. Please sign in to your Salesforce org with a user ID that has Administrator privileges. And make sure that you have done the following for each user that needs to see the V4S Mobile tabs:
  1. Assign a V4S Mobile license to the User (which can be done by clicking Setup - Installed Packages - Manage Licenses),
  2. Ensure that the User has access to the V4S Mobile custom objects,
  3. Has the V4S Mobile For Salesforce VisualForce page visible in their profile (which can be done by editing the user's profile and adding the page to it).
An administrator can set up the items above by editing the user's profile in Salesforce. Users who do not need direct access to the V4S Mobile Tabs (e.g., those who use only V4S Personal or V4S Kiosk) do no tneed access to V4S Mobile within Salesforce, They only need to be created as Contacts and linked to V4S Mobile Users.
