Why am I not able to login to V4S Kiosk? I get a message that says Something's wrong, please try again later!

You get the message "Something's wrong, please try again later!" when you install V4S Mobile in your Sandbox org and process oAuth for enabling V4S Mobile to access data from your organization.

By default, Salesforce allows the Sandbox oAuth token to be active only for one week.If you are using V4S Mobile in your Sandbox, you will have to refresh the oAuth token every week to access V4S Mobile.

This is not an issue in your Production org. You will have to process OAuth only once and it will stay active for at least a year or until you revoke it, based on the limits set up in your Production org.

We suggest that you install V4S Mobile in your production org, as it will not effect any of your existing data. We do create some additional tabs, fields and data when you install and use V4S Mobile
  • V4S Mobile Users
  • V4S Mobile Apps
  • Time Sheet details,¬†etc.,
All these Tabs and data will be deleted, if you uninstall V4S Mobile. We do not effect any other data in your org.
