You must be logged in as Salesforce Administrator to create Teams. First make sure that you have created dftly Time Tracker User records for all of your Team Leads.
- Click on the dftly Teams Tab
- Click on the New Button
- Key in a team name in the dftly Team Name field (This will be the Team names you have in your org, create one dftly Team for each Team)
- Make sure that the Active checkbox is checked
- Choose the name of the Team lead in the Team Lead field
- Click on Save.
Note: If you have already created Time Tracker Users, you will be able to assign Teams to Team leads at the time of creating dftly Teams. If you have not created Time Tracker Users then create the Team and then you can assign Teams to Team leads using edit option in dftly Teams tab. Click here
