How do I clock in all my Team members using Time Tracker Team application?

You will need App Key, Employee ID, and a Password to login to Mobile Time Tracker application.

The Salesforce Administrator at your org creates a Mobile Time Tracker(MTT) User for you and the TT User details are emailed to your registered email.

More information is given below for clock-in and check-in to Job/Projects for you and your team members
  • Login to the MTT application using the App Key, Employee ID, and a Password
  • You see your name and your team member names with a Clock In button
  • Clock in yourself and then the team members,
  • Once you clock in yourself, you see a Red start button at the bottom of the device screen
  • Click the Start button, select the Job/Project from the First, Second and Third level object
  • Click the Done button and the Start job button to check-in yourself and your team members to the Job/Project
  • Click the Stop Job button to end the Job and check-out
  • Click the clock out button to team members and your self to clock out
