How do I enable API access in Salesforce?

Your Salesforce Administrator will need to enable API access in Salesforce for all users to enable you to connect V4S Mobile to your Salesforce account.

Note: Your Salesforce Administrator controls your Profile and Permission Sets.

How to enable API access in Salesforce by Profile
  1. Click Setup
  2. Click Users
  3.  Profiles
  4. Click Edit against the specific Profile.

 

       5. Scroll down to Administrative Permissions and check the API Enabled box.

      6. Click Save.

 

Note: If API is not enabled to your org, you will not be able to see the API Option under Administrative Permissions List.
