Let your Users add email to Salesforce records. Email to Salesforce lets Users assign emails to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and other specific records in Salesforce. That way, it's easy to know if there are any alert messages when you are using V4S Mobile application.
Follow the procedure below to enable Email in Salesforce
- You should be logged in as Salesforce Administrator
- From Setup, enter Email to Salesforce in the Quick Find box,
- Click on Email to Salesforce
- Click Edit
- Select Active,
- Click on Save.
