Individual User will not have Clock In/Out option and is not able to Clock In/Out or Check-In/Out for other Users.
More details on setting up an Individual User are given below
- Log in to Salesforce as an Admin User
- Go to TT Users Tab
- Click on New button
- Enter the TT User details in the TT User page, fields marked in Red (*) are mandatory fields, other fields are Optional
- Enter TT User Email ID, as the OTP is sent to the same email ID if the TT User requests for a Password reset
- Link the TT User Contact with TT User, click here to know more
- Check "Allow Individual Use, not Team Use" CheckBox,
- Set the User type as Individual User
- Click the save button to save the TT User ID
Now Individual Time Tracker Team User is saved, When s/he logins in Time Tracker Team they see only Check-in Button to Check-In/Out of Jobs assigned to them.
The TT User who is set as Individual User can Check-In/Out only for herself and no other TT users
