How do I select Project, Task and Worktypes to Check in for Job or Travel?

It is mandatory that you select relevant Project, Task and Work Types before you Check in for Job or Travel.

More details are given below
  • Login Time Tracker Team application,
  • Click on Clock In (if you are a Team Lead, then Clock In for all your Team Members)
  • Once you have Clocked In
  • You see a Start/Stop Red button at the bottom of the Screen
  • Click on the Red button, to see Start Job and Start Travel buttons
  • Click on Start-Job or Start Travel (as per your requirement)
  • You see Projects, Task, and Work Types List
  • Select Project from the list, automatically the page leads to Task
  • Once you select Task, the page leads to Worktype
  • After you Select Project, Task and Worktypes click on Start Travel/Job
  • Once you finish Travel/Job, click on Stop Travel/Job button to Check Out
  • Then you can Clock Out of Time Tracker Team application
