Personal User cannot Clock In/Out or Check-in/Out for other TT Users for Jobs/Projects.
More details on setting up a Personal User ID are given below
- Log in to Salesforce as an Admin User
- Go to TT Users Tab
- Click on the New button
- Enter Time Tracker User details in the page, fields marked in Red are mandatory fields. Other fields are Optional
- Enter TT User Email ID, as the OTP is sent to the same email ID if the TT User requests for a Password reset
- Check the "Allow Personal Check-In in Team Mode" Check-Box,
- Set the User type as "Personal User"
- Clock-In multiple Users to none
- Click the save button to save the TT User ID
Now the Time Tracker User is saved, When she logins in Mobile Time Tracker application on the device, she can Clock-In and Check-In for Travel and Job/Project.
