How do I replace email ID of V4S Kiosk login to a new User Id?

You can make the changes on the login ID for V4S Kiosk. To replace existing V4S Kiosk login Id to a new ID, please follow the instructions below
  • Login into Salesforce Admin Id of your Org
  • From V4S Mobile Users Tab
  • Go to edit page of the existing V4S Kiosk User
  • Uncheck the "Is Kiosk User" button and Save the page
  • Now, click edit for the V4S Mobile User Id whom you would like to make V4S Kiosk User 
  • Check the "Is Kiosk User" Check box
  • Save the page.

Now the V4S Mobile user for whom the "Is Kiosk User" is checked, is able to login V4S Kiosk.

Note: If V4S Mobile User is already available you can go to edit page of V4S Mobile user to check "Is Kiosk User" button Or Click here to create new V4S Kiosk User.
