I see error message as "unable to get response from the server, please reload the page" when I click on Time Tracker Tab inside Salesforce?

You are able to check in Time Tracker inside Salesforce only when you have a dftly Time Tracker User ID and a Salesforce User ID in your Org.

Also, your Salesforce User ID must be linked to dftly Time Tracker User ID. Only then you are able to Check In Time Tracker application inside Salesforce.

Procedure for linking dftly Time Tracker User ID with Salesforce User ID
  • You must be logged in Salesforce as an Administrator
  • Go to dftly Time Tracker Users Tab
  • From the Time Tracker Users Id, Click on the User whom you need to link with Salesforce ID
  • Search for Salesforce User ID from the list
  • Select the User
  • Click on Save
You can also link Time Tracker User to a Salesforce User at the time of dftly Time Tracker User ID creation.
