Why do I see a message as "A Component Error has occurred!" when I am on TT App detailed view page?

Once you have changed the domain name in the Salesforce Lightning component, it takes 24 hours to update the records inside Salesforce.

So once you have set the config button using page layout edit, you will be able to view the Config button only after 24 hours, this is a known issues in Salesforce.
