I logged in to Mobile Time Tracker, but I don't see Check In button, how do I Check-In for Job?

There are certain fields which must be selected while creating TT Users.

If you have the option for Clock-In/Out and don't see the option to Check-In/Out, please check the TT User page and make the changes mentioned below
  • Login to Salesforce as Administrator
  • Click on the App Launcher
  • Click on the Time Tracker tile, you see the tabs related to Time Tracker
  • Click on the TT Users Tab
  • From the TT User List
  • Go to Edit page for the TT User who does not see the Check-In/Out button
  • Select any of the below fields as per the User Type
  1. Allow Individual Use, Not Team use: If the field "Allow Individual Use, not Team Use, is enabled, then this particular Mobile Time Tracker User will see only Check-In/Out button and not Clock-In/Out
  2. Allow Personal Check-in in Team Mode: If the field "Allow Personal Check-in in Team Mode, is enabled, then  this particular Mobile Time Tracker User will have Clock-In/Out button and Check-In/Out button
  3. Clock in Multiple Users: When the User is a Team Lead then Time Tracker User Id is set to Clock-In multiple Users to "Team". Team User is able to view all his/her Team members name listed when he/she logs in their Time Tracker ID.
Team Lead has the option to Clock In/Out and Check In/Out for themselves and for their Team Members.
