What is Paid Time Off and how do I use it?

Now Mobile Time Tracker User can request for Paid Time Off from his/her phone using the Mobile Time Tracker application.

To request for a Paid Time Off, please follow the procedure below
  • Login to the Mobile Time Tracker application on your Mobile
  • From Menu list, click on the Paid Time Off Tab
  • There are two TabsĀ 
    • Recent: This Tab shows the list of earlier PTO (Paid Time Off) requested by you earlier
    • New: You can request for a new PTO
  • Please fill in Start Date Time
  • End Date and Time
  • Vacation details for PTO
  • Click on Save
  • Now the PTO request is available to your Manager whom you report to for approvals
  • Your Manager can approve the PTO's from Salesforce and once approved you can see the status under Recent Tab if the PTO is Approved/Rejected or still pending
