How do I create an approver Time Tracker ID for an Time User?

To create Mobile Time Tracker User IDs you should be logged in to Salesforce as Salesforce Administrator in your Org.

More information on creating Approver ID is given below
  • Go to TT Users Tab
  • Click the New button
  • Fill required details in the TT User page (fields marked in Red are mandatory fields)
  • Select "Approver" from "User Type" field
  • Click the Check-box for "Allow Individual Use, not Team Use" (only a TT User who is marked as "Allow Individual Use, not Team Use" can Check-in/Out for Jobs on the Mobile Time Tracker Web page)
  • Select "All" for "Clock in Multiple Users,
  • Link the Salesforce Contact with TT User (if Contact does not exist, please add new Contact in Salesforce for this TT User)
  • Click the Save button
  • Now the Mobile Time Tracker User is created for Approver and he/she can log in the Web Time Tracker application and approve the Time Sheets for the people who report to them.
Note: TT User should also be a Salesforce Contact in the Org. Adding Salesforce Contact is mandatory as the OTP on Change Password is sent to the same Email ID which is there in Salesforce Contact. If the Email ID is incorrect for TT User Salesforce Contact then the TT User has problems to reset the password for their Mobile Time Tracker log in.
