How do I add multiple objects to be available in Mobile Time Tracker for Tracking Time?

By default, we display combo list related to dftly Projects, dftly worktypes and dftly Task in the Mobile Time Tracker Application to track time.

If you would like to add any other object to be made available in the Combos, please follow the below procedure
  • Login to the Salesforce Administrator ID
  • Click on the App Launcher
  • Click on the Time Tracker Related Tabs Tile
  • Go to TT Apps Tab
  • Click on the Name of the App Key which Mobile Time Tracker use to login Mobile Time Tracker application
  • Click on the Config button
  • You see the config page with 4 Tabs
  • Click on the Pop-up List tab
  • Scroll down until Merge Object Field
  • Check the Check box of Merge Object
  • Select the Object from field "Object in Salesforce that you want to track time to" (here we have taken TT Project Assignment as Sample in the screenshot below) This can be any object available in Salesforce
  • Select the field that you want to be displayed on the Mobile Time Tracker application
  • Click on the Save button
  • Now the configurations are saved and you see the selected Object available on the Mobile Time Tracker application along with dftly Projects or any other Object you have set in your Org.
