How do I reset the password for my V4S Kiosk application?

The password keyed in on the first login of V4S Kiosk application is saved and the same password must be entered for future logins.

If you don't remember the password for V4S Kiosk then use Forgot Password string to reset the password on the V4S Kiosk Login Screen.

OR

If you need to reset the password you can use Change Password option and change the password once you have logged in to the V4S Kiosk.

Forgot Password:

You can reset your password for V4S Kiosk using the Forgot password option on the V4S Kiosk login screen
  • On the login screen, enter your App Key
  • Enter your Email ID as in Salesforce Contact and click on Forgot Password string
  • You see a pop up with App Key and your Email ID along with Cancel and OK button
  • Click the OK button and you will receive an OTP to your registered email Id from dftly
  • Enter the OTP on the V4S Kiosk received from dftly to your email, and add the New Password and Confirm New Password on the mobile
  • Click on the change button
  • Now the new password is set for the V4S Kiosk,
You can now log in to V4S Kiosk application using the new password.

Change Password
  • Login to your V4S Kiosk application on your phone
  • Click on Hamburger
  • Go to the Settings Tab
  • Key in the Old Password and the New Password under "Change Password" section
  • Click on the Change password button.
Now the New password is set and you can log in the V4S Kiosk application using the new password.
