Why is that I am not able to view my Employee ID and OK button when I click the Forgot Password string for Mobile Time Tracker application?

If you forgot your Password for Mobile Time Tracker application, you can set a new password for your Mobile Time Tracker log in using the Forgot Password string on the Mobile Time Tracker log in screen. 

Click the "Forgot Password" string on the V4S Personal Login screen. Then the pop up shows the App Key and Employee ID you have entered on the login screen with Cancel and Ok button.

If you are not able to view these details on the pop-up screen, that is because you have increased the default font size of the text on your Device.

As there is no scroll option on the forgot password popup, you are not able to view email Id, Cancel or OK buttons.

Please reset the font size of the mobile from settings Tab to lesser size and then reset the password for Mobile Time Tracker. Once you have reset the password you can again change the font size to small, medium or maximum if required.
