How do I assign TT Projects to Mobile Time Tracker Users?

Please follow the procedure below for assigning the Projects to TT Users
  • You must be logged in to Salesforce as Administrator of with
  • Go to TT Projects Tab
  • Click the New button
  • Enter details to the Project Assignment field (e.g: Plumbing work assigned to John)
  • Search the TT Projects which has to be assigned to TT User
  • Search and select the TT User for the field TT User
  • Enter Assignment Start Date
  • Enter Assignment End Date
  • Click the Save Button

Once the TT Project Assignment is saved, the TT user selected in the above process is notified with a Text Message on his Phone. Once the TT User clicks the notification the page is redirected to TT Projects Tab in the Mobile Time Tracker application and is synced to the First Level Object for Check-In.

Once the Project is synced to the Projects list the TT User can see the assigned Project in the TT Project List and select it for Check-ins.
