How do I log in to the V4S Kiosk application on the Phone/Tablet?

Salesforce Administrator should create a V4S Mobile User ID for Volunteer Coordinator/Manager. The Volunteer Manager should then install the "V4S Kiosk" application from Google Play Store for Android devices and from iTunes Store for IOS.

Only Volunteer Manager or the Volunteer Coordinator should log in to the V4S Kiosk application on a Phone/Tablet. The Volunteers in the org have to use the same device from which Volunteer Manager/Coordinator has logged in and Signup or Check-In for Jobs and Shifts.


Click here to know more about creating V4S Kiosk User ID in the org, after the V4S Kiosk User ID is created in the org the Volunteer Manager/Coordinator should use the App Key, Email ID and Password to log in to the V4S Kiosk application.
  • App Key: App Key is a unique identifier to recognize the Org, App Key is generated in Salesforce once the V4S Mobile app is installed in the Salesforce Org.¬† App Key is required to log in to the V4S Kiosk/V4S Personal application on the phone
  • Email ID: The same email ID which is there in the Salesforce Contact of V4S Kiosk User
  • PW: Any Password which can be remembered easily for future logins, the password entered on the first time of V4S Kiosk log in is saved and the same password should be used for future logins.
