How do I add/remove additional fields to be displayed on the Signed up Volunteers list on V4S Kiosk for Jobs/Shifts?

By default, the Volunteer Email ID and Phone numbers are displayed on the Signed up Volunteers list on V4S Kiosk.

Using the configuration screen additional CONTACT fields can be added to the signed up Volunteers list by following the instructions below
  • Log in to Salesforce as Administrator
  • Click the App Launcher and click the V4S Mobile Tile from apps list
  • Go to  V4S Mobile Apps Tab
  • Go to All/VFS APP view
  • Click the "V4S Mobile App Name" from the list for the App Key which Volunteers use to log in the V4S Kiosk application
  • Click the "Config" button
  • Click the V4S Kiosk Tab on the Config screen
  • Scroll down till "Contact/Volunteers Details" section
  • Add the Contact related fields in the section
  • Click the Save button
Now the Contact fields added in this list is saved and are shown on the Shift/Jobs details screen on V4S Kiosk. Select "None" from the list to remove the fields from the list.

Note: Up to 5 contact fields can be added in the additional fields list on the Config screen and the same fields are displayed on the device when the Volunteer Manager/Coordinator logs in the V4S Kiosk application.
