Why do I see a blank screen upon login to Mobile Time Tracker application?

This is a known issue in the Mobile Time Tracker application.

After the Salesforce Administrator at your org has created a TT User ID for you you might see the issue mentioned below
  • You see only a loader/roller rolling on the screen and does not stop
  • You don't see the Check-In button
Some times the TT User ID is not saved correctly in our database and the TT User notices that they don't see a loader rolling and the Check-In button does not show up. If this happens. please bring this to our notice and we will reset the data and make the app work for you.
