What is summary page in Mobile Time Tracker app and how does it work?

The Manager (Approver) logs in to the Mobile Time Tracker Web page and can see all the time details of the Mobile Time Tracker users who are reporting to the logged-in user.


The summary page words as below
  • The Manager must Log in to the Mobile Time Tracker web page
  • The web page shows the
    • Multi Check-In,
    • Time details,
    • Pending,
    • Approved and
    • Dashboard tabs
  • Click on Pending tab, the summary page is set under Pending Tab
  • The Pending tab shows
    • Summary,
    • Pending and
    • Rejected Tab
  • Click the lookup field which is named as "Members" (the members dropdown shows the names of TT user who are reporting to the logged-in TT User/Manager)
  • Select the name of the TT user, from and to date and click on Apply
  • Total hours worked by the TT user selected is shown in the Summary tab with 
    • Approval Pending
    • Approved
    • Rejected and
    • Time Worked
  • Click on Pending Tab which is next to the summary page. The screen shows all the time details which are pending for approvals (Manager can approve the pending time details)
  • Select a record by clicking the check-box at the beginning of each time details and click Approve button to approve the time details. Click the Reject button to reject the record
  • Once the time details are approved the hours worked from the approved time details is shown under approved column in the summary screen and the record disappears from the pending tab
  • Any rejected time details are shown under the rejected tab in Mobile Time Tracker web page.
