The default configuration in the V4S Personal application is to show only 50 Jobs and related Shifts on the Jobs and Shifts screen.
We have added the 50 job limitation into the app because it's difficult and confusing for volunteers when there are too many Jobs. Also, if there are Jobs that have so many available shifts that cause confusion too.
If the Volunteers do not see any Job and related Shifts on the V4S Personal application is because the Jobs list has crossed the limitation. Please uncheck either the Display on Website or Ongoing flag for some of the nonactive jobs and then check the V4S Personal app again.
Please talk to Salesforce Administrator in the org if any changes are required in the default configuration and the Salesforce Administrator will contact us (dftly) and we can make the changes in the existing configurations and set as per the orgs requirement.
