Last Updated: Feb 05, 2019 03:00AM PST
Once the Approver logs in the Web Time Tracker application using the Time Tracker Approver ID and Password, they see the Tabs below
  • Multi Check-In
  • Time Details
  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Dashboard
To approve the Time Sheets, click the Pending Tab, and Check the Time Sheets shown in this Tab. The Time Sheet entries of the people reporting to the Logged in User (Approver) are shown in the Pending list.
  • Time entries are with below details
    • Start Time
    • End Time
    • Time Worked
    • TT Project, TT Work Type and TT Task (These are the default Objects from dftly, this can be changed by your Salesforce Administrator using the config screen) If any changes required on the Objects, please talk to your Salesforce Administrator
    • Time Tracker User Name
  • Check the details and select the Time Sheet by clicking the Check-box which is on the left-hand side of each Time Sheet
  • Click the Approve  Button to approve the Selected Time Sheets
  • OR Click the Reject Button to Reject the Selected Time Sheets
  • The Approver can enter Notes for each Time Sheet using the blue button which is next to the Check Box

Note: By default the Pending and Approved Tabs display the Time entries of 30 days prior to the current date for approvals. If the Entries has crossed 30 days are not visible in Web Time Tracker ID but are available in Salesforce under Time Details Tab. The approver can approve the time entries if it has crossed 30 days limit and is not available in Web login.
